2008 Empire Award Finalists
The PRSA Capital Region Chapter is proud to announce the complete list of finalists for the Inaugural 2008 Empire Awards. Winners will be announced at the Empire Awards luncheon on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at the Albany Institute of History and Art, from 11:30 to 1:30pm. The cost for PRSA members is $35 and non-members is $40.
